Watch order
Release-order guides for Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen, One Piece, Attack on Titan, Naruto, Chainsaw Man, Death Note, and Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood.
- 2016Demon SlayerWatch Demon Slayer in release order. See Mugen Train once, either as the film or as the seven-episode TV arc, not both. Infinity Castle Part 1 is required story. Parts 2 and 3 were not dated as of October 2026.
- 2018Jujutsu KaisenWatch Jujutsu Kaisen season 1, then the prequel film Jujutsu Kaisen 0, then season 2, then season 3. Season 3, subtitled as the start of the Culling Game, aired from January to March 2026.
- 2009Attack on TitanWatch Attack on Titan in broadcast order: four seasons, then the two Final Chapters specials. Recap films are optional. The Last Attack reedits the ending and does not add story.
- 1997One PieceWatch One Piece in episode order from episode 1. The story is one continuous voyage. Films are extras. If a legal stream marks a recap or a filler side trip, you can skip that episode. Do not skip whole sagas.
- 1999NarutoWatch Naruto, then Naruto Shippuden, in episode order. If you want the manga spine of the first series, stop at episode 135 and treat episodes 136–220 as optional filler. Boruto is a sequel, not the ending of Naruto.
- 2018Chainsaw ManWatch Chainsaw Man season 1, then the Reze arc film. The film continues the public-safety story. It is not a side movie. The manga's school arc comes after part one. Do not start there.
- 2003Death NoteWatch the Death Note anime from episode 1 through 37. You do not need a film first. The live-action movies and the 2017 American film are different stories.
- 2001Fullmetal Alchemist: BrotherhoodWatch Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood in episode order if you want the manga's ending. The 2003 series shares the opening, then tells a different story. Conqueror of Shamballa closes 2003, not Brotherhood.
